1. januar gir oss en ekstra boost. Ganske så psykologisk, for det er jo en helt vanlig ukedag egentlig.
Men vi føler at vi får en ny sjanse.
Det er flott det, og det virker i ca 2 uker..
-så er vi plutselig laaangt inne i 2013, og gleder oss til den nye sjansen vi skal få i 2014!
Noen begynner på nytt den 1. hver måned.. noen hver mandag.
Hva med å bare begynne på nytt når som helst. En onsdag eller lørdag?
Ikke sette ting på vent, og si.. "til mandag, da skal jeg begynne løpe oftere"
Eller.... "etter sommerferien da har jeg masse tid til å rydde loftet"
Man kan starte på nytt når som helst. Midt på natten til og med!
Det må jo være målet.. å kunne starte på nytt så fort man er klar for det.
Ikke måtte vente til en mandag eller den 1.i en måned..
Hehe, lettere sagt enn gjort dette.
Men vi lurer jo bare oss selv til syvende og sist!
Start på nytt 1 januar, og går det skeis...?
